Red Dawn, 1984, depicts another invasion by Russia but also central American countries as well. Amerika, 1987, an ABC mini-series is set in 1997, ten years into the Soviet occupation of the United States. From Russia With Love, 1963, James Bond out smarts the communists and gets the girl. The Hunt For Red October, 1990, a captain of a Soviet submarine defects to the United States. Red Heat, 1988, Arnold Schwarzenegger is a Soviet police officer hunting a suspect in America.
